Prepare your stay:
Best location to explore the city
Start visiting major monuments at a walking distance (Le Capitole, basilica of Saint-Sernin, the Jacobins Convent, the Hôtel de Bernuy, the Augustins Museum, the rue Croix-Baragnon, known for its mansion houses, and Saint-Étienne Cathedral). Have lunch in the city centre at our wonderful Partners Restaurant along the river.
Then head for the Airbus assembly line or visit the Aeroscopia Museum: the past, present and future of aeronautics will be revealed to you, and the Cité de l’Espace is there for a full immersion into the world of space in just one day.
The next day, head out to visit the great markets with an obligatory tasting of local Toulouse products. In the afternoon, set off for a panoramic tour of the historic quarters on the banks of the Garonne, passing through the most beautiful gardens. The visit finishes aboard a boat devoted to the violet, the emblematic flower of Toulouse, for a visit and tasting.
